Visiting Student

How to apply as a visiting/internship student 

 

 

STEP 1


Get approval from NSYSU professor

 

 

STEP 2


Apply as a visiting/internship student: Complete application forms and submit the supporting documents to your NSYSU professor.  Once your applications are received by the Office of International Affairs, the documents will be sent to the Ministry of Education for evaluation. If accepted, you will receive two approval letters via email from the Office of International Affairs for your visa application.
Note that the evaluation process will take one month, please apply two months prior your internship program.

 Application Forms

 

Miscellaneous or tuition and fees will be charged in accordance with your registered period. Fees are as follow:

- One month or less: free. 

- One to two month: 1/3 miscellaneous/tuition fee. 

- More than two months: full miscellaneous/tuition fee.

STEP 3


Apply visitor visa to enter Taiwan with the two approval letters.

 

 

STEP 4


Registration: You must complete the registration two days after arrival, fees can be paid at Family-mart or Post Office on campus.

 

 

STEP 5


Leaving: Leaving procedures must be completed three days prior leaving, the form can be collected at the Office of International Affairs.
