VISUAL STORYTELLING FOR CIVIC ENGAGEMENT 2022 FESTIVAL WINNER: "THE PRICE OF FREEDOM"
Awardees have been announced for the Visual Storytelling for Civic Engagement Film Festival, including the People's Choice Award for “The Price of Freedom,” by AUCA students Abasova Rasmiia, Mirakova Shakhzoda Aidai, Meirachova Aidai, and Salieva Madina. Awards for Script, Editing, Cinematography, and several other categories, were awarded to student filmmakers from across the network. Read more

OSUN'S PAVLINA TCHERNEVA HELPS CHART A PATH FOR JOB GUARANTEE PROGRAM IN COLOMBIA
Pavlina Tcherneva, director of OSUN's Economic Democracy Initiative, recently met with government officials in Bogotá, Colombia, to present her proposal for a national job guarantee program.  "I met with policy makers who were not only receptive but were already thinking about how to make it happen,” she says. Read more
