HANNAH ARENDT TEXT SEMINAR ENGAGES SCHOLARS IN CRITICAL DIALOGUE ABOUT RACE AND RACE THINKING

Twelve scholars gathered in Kingston, New York for the Hannah Arendt Humanities Network's Annual Text Seminar, where they discussed Arendt's various writings on race, contextualizing them with her personal experience and comparing them to work by postcolonial thinkers. Read more

"TO BE-NAMED" EXHIBITION AT HAUS KUNST MITTE, BERLIN

Ongoing until October 1
The Experimental Humanities Collaborative Network invites the public to its art exhibition "To Be - Named," at Haus Kunst Mitte in Berlin. The exhibition, which will travel to the US, Greece, Palestine, Kyrgyzstan, and Mexico, focuses on naming and the significance of names for the development or suppression of a person's identity. Learn more

Applications are now open for OSUN Remote Ambassadors from students at Universidad de los Andes, National Sun Yat-sen University, and Parami University. Duties include facilitating OSUN Conversation Tables and promoting OSUN courses and opportunities.  Learn more and register.

The OSUN Hubs for Connected Learning Initiatives and the OSUN Working Group on Refugees, IDPs/DPs and Host Communities are training partners to draft institutional pledges for the UNHCR Global Refugee Forum in Geneva in December.
