[Fwd 2024 Winter] Hanken and LUSEM Nordic Winter School in January 2024 Now
The Winter School explores opportunities for addressing big societal challenges and discusses how we can contribute to developing more equal, resilient, and sustainable societies. The Winter School will be on campus from 15-26 January 2024, with one week in Lund, Sweden, (15-19 January) and one week in Helsinki, Finland, (22-26 January). It consists of two modules;

The Darkness of Business (15-19 January), delivered by LUSEM

Sustainability and Innovation of Money and Banking (22-26 January), delivered by Hanken
This Winter School offers students who may not have the opportunity to go on a full semester exchange to still get some international experience, and to add an exciting Nordic perspective to their business studies. The courses are together worth 6 ECTS credits in total and will be held full time over 2 weeks in January 2024 (it is not possible to take only one of the courses). The Winter School also includes an introduction meeting and pre-assignment as well as an assignment to be completed after the course. A social and extra-curricular programme will be offered to all students.
Pre-requisites

a good command of English, corresponding to at least CEFR C1/minimum 95 iBT (internet-based test). Students are expected to participate actively in discussions.

completed at least one year of business-related studies before the start of Winter School.
Costs
There is no tuition fee for students nominated by our partners. All other expenses, including travel costs, meals, accommodation etc. are to be covered by the student. Please see our website for more info about accommodation.

Number of students accepted: A maximum of 2 students (if more than 2 students apply, 2 students will be randomly selected)

- Step 2: be nominated by OIA, NSYSU to TBS by 1st October 2023
