PANEL DISCUSSION ON "WITNESSING REVOLUTION: THE 2024 STUDENT UPRISINGS IN BANGLADESH"

BRAC University, Bard College, the Review of Democracy at Central European University's Democracy Institute, and OSUN will bring together frontline voices from Bangladesh's July Revolution, which was launched by a series of youth and student-led protests criticizing the government's unfair public service hiring quotas.
The panel, concerning Bangladesh's future, will be moderated by Samia Huq, Dean of General Education at BRAC University, and panelists will include three lecturers and three students from the School of General Education, BRAC University.

CALL FOR PROPOSALS: BODY IMAGE, EATING BEHAVIORS, AND HEALTH IN THE CARIBBEAN

Deadline for manuscripts: Sunday, September 1
The Caribbean Journal of Psychology, based at the University of the West Indies in Jamaica, seeks manuscripts on healthcare challenges and other topics such as body image, colorism, weight concerns, and eating behaviors faced by people in the Caribbean.
