幹部交接典禮，是一個非常有意義的儀式，代表着一代的傳承與交接。在這個典禮中，第39屆的幹部們回顧了一年來的成果和收穫，並向新幹部們傳授寶貴的經驗，希望40屆幹部為僑聯未來的發展做出努力～

On the 12th of June 2023, the 39th Oveseas Compatriot Student Association comittee held a handover ceremony. Congratulations to the members of the 40th OCSA committee!

The ceremony symbolizes the succession and transfer of responsibilities to the new generation. Throughout the ceremony, the former commitee shared their achievements and experiences over the past year. The formal handover ceremony represents not only the transfer of power but also imparting valuable knowledge that will be beneficial for our OCSA's growth.

The 40th OCSA committee is officially taking over! Look forward to all the events and initiatives we have planned in the upcoming year.
