Important Notes

1) Change in Application Submission Method

• Starting from this application cycle, all application documents must be submitted through Hiroshima University’s IAAS system.
  Please refer to the attached document for details.

2) Required Documents

• Please complete the attached “Applicant List” (Excel file) with information for all applicants and submit it together with the application documents.
• All required application documents must be submitted by each student individually via the IAAS system.
• To avoid file corruption, please use only alphanumeric characters in all file names related to the application documents.

3) Direct Contact from Students

• All communication prior to acceptance should be conducted through the designated contact person at your institution.
• We kindly request that you instruct students not to contact Hiroshima University faculty or staff directly before admission.

4) ABS Procedures

• The acquisition and research use of overseas biological samples require ABS procedures in accordance with the Convention on Biological Diversity and the Nagoya Protocol.
