[Forwarded] Unisabana Faculty Links 2021-2022
We are pleased to invite your professors to participate in the second version of our Unisabana Faculty Links program, which aims to connect La Sabana faculty with international professors to enrich their academic work together through on-line collaboration.
In the first version of the program, launched in 2020, our teachers and their international peers carried out reciprocal collaborations at different levels: class sessions, project evaluators, challenges, mirror classes and COIL activities, among others. Being the first time, we learned many things about the scope of the Program, the timing of the call, the accompaniment to our professors, the communication with international professors, and the impact of these activities on the students. Therefore, this second version is recharged and improved! 😉
What's new:
- Website designed exclusively for international teachers with information on the Program, support resources and testimonials.
- New line of collaboration in Research.
- Longer timeline to give teachers more time to plan their collaboration for 2021-2 or 2022-1
- New communication protocols to guarantee a timely response to international teachers.
- Certificate of participation to International teachers.
- Kick-off and closing session.
We have a porfolio of 77 courses and 41 research collaboration proposals in all areas, from 81 teachers willing to collaborate virtually/remotely and recirpocally with international peers in Spanish and English during 2021-2 and 2022-1.
What To do?
In this 👉link your teachers will find the web page with information on the Program, the course offerings and the registration form. The call for applications will close on Wednesday, May 19 at 11:00 p.m. Colombian time (GMT-5). Based on the applications, we will facilitate the contact between both teachers so that they can initiate the dialogue and together identify the best way to collaborate.
Let us join forces by giving our teachers the opportunity to strengthen their international collaboration networks and generate new internationalization experiences for our students.
