Here is a note from Prof. Can Erkey on the proposed research partnership:
“I would like to develop a joint project targeting cost reduction of PEM electrolyzers for green hydrogen production. My research interests are in development of electrocatalysts for both anode and cathode with reduced precious metal loading, new electrocatalyst preparation techniques such as supercritical deposition, development of supported nanoalloys, development of aerogel based supports, preparation of membrane electrode assemblies, cyclic voltammetry for electrochemical characterization and electrolyzer testing.”
