[Fwd] [SKKU] Invitation to the 2025 Sungkyun Hangeul Essay Contest

The 2025 Sungkyun Hangeul Essay Contest (University Division) will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025.(Korean Standard Time)

This annual event, hosted by SKKU, aims to promote Korean language and culture by providing non-Korean university students with an opportunity to demonstrate their Korean writing skills.

If your university has students who are currently studying Korean, we would be most grateful if you could kindly share this opportunity with them!

[Key Information]
• Date: May 10 (Sat), 2025 – 10:00 to 12:00 (Korean Standard Time)
• Format: Online (via Zoom) or Offline (at SKKU campus in Seoul)
• Eligibility: Non-Korean nationals who are current university students or graduates (in Korea or abroad)
• Essay Format: Korean-language essay, handwritten on manuscript paper (minimum 1,200 characters, completed within 90 minutes)
• Application Period: April 7 (Mon) – April 25 (Fri), 2025

[Awards and Benefits]
• Top winners may receive scholarships covering up to four semesters of tuition for SKKU graduate programs (if enrolled within 3 years)
• Tuition reduction benefits for SKKU's International Summer/Winter Programs (ISS/WISE)
