Portland State University offers short-term non-credit programs, which are suitable for students with low to intermediate English levels. Those programs focus on English conversation skills through exploration of specific topics, such as sustainability, social entrepreneurship, tourism & hospitality, popular culture, etc. We focus heavily on experiential learning and reflection and work closely with community organizations, start-ups and larger companies like Nike.
