ESEP-G 2023 (Engineering Summer Education Program-G)

1. Schedule

  June 26th - August 4th, 2023 (6 weeks)

2. Eligibility

・Undergraduate students who have completed at least 2 full years in a bachelor’s degree program before the program starts

・Graduate students

3. Maximum number of participants

 20 students 

4. Financial support

  Stipend: JPY 160,000

5. Accommodation

  Off-campus accommodation will be provided by UTokyo.

 Applicants must apply for the program through the T-cens SP online application system.

  (1) apply to OIA:  Email personal information to oia.outbound@mail.nsysu.edu.tw to receive the application information

   (2) Apply to UTokyo: 3:00 pm on January 11th, 2023 (Japan time)

9. Special conditions regarding COVID-19

 1) The in-person program will be canceled if Japan’s travel restrictions and quarantine measures due to the influence of COVID-19 are in effect as of March 1st, 2023. There will be no postponement nor re-opening.

 2) Only those laboratories offering both in-person and online courses will allow students to switch from in-person courses to online courses upon confirming their intentions. Please refer to our website for more details.
