Invite visitors from Mainland China
Before submitting an application, the inviting NSYSU unit should confirm the purpose of the visit, the required documents, the exact travel dates and the visitor's itinerary.
- Confirm the applicable visit purpose and current document requirements.
- Prepare the visitor documents, guarantee letter, professional activity plan and itinerary required for the application.
- Submit the online application and send the approved entry permit to the visitor before departure.
Applications involving students must be processed through the Office of International Affairs.
