Application Form for Student Business Trip

NSYSU students participating in all kinds of programs abroad are eligible to apply for student business trips. With the trips on record, the University can track and offer necessary assistance in case of an emergency.

Please download the application form from the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) website, fill out and submit it to your department/institute/program, college, and OSA’s Student Assistance Division for stamps. Please keep it for your record when completing the procedure.(Download)
