Fee│ 0€   1 quota for tuition fee waived, need to be nominated by OIA (should there more then 1 applicant, we'll pick the nominators by draw)

* Courses, food, accommodation are provided

* Participants should pay for all the airfare, VISA, international insurance, local transportation and personal daily expense.
