NEW KINDS OF ATTENTION: ONLINE IWT WORKSHOPS
Join faculty from The Bard College Institute for Writing and Thinking (IWT) for two online workshops on March 5. This one-day event will serve as an introduction to IWT's foundational writing-to-learn practices and model ways to use these practices in the classroom, whether online or in person.

GET ENGAGED: STUDENT ACTION AND YOUTH LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE APRIL 10-11, 2021

The eighth annual Get Engaged: Student Action and Youth Leadership Conference brings together undergraduate students in a global network of leaders and innovators who are working with community partners to develop solutions to local and global challenges. The conference is a venue for sharing experiences, learning new skills, honing leadership styles, and networking with international peers.

DEADLINE EXTENDED: LONDON CRITICAL THEORY SUMMER SCHOOL
Organized by the Birkbeck Institute for the Humanities, the internationally renowned London Critical Theory Summer School enables graduate students and academics to engage in a two-week course of study with acclaimed critical thinkers. Third-year undergraduate students as well as Masters and Ph.D. students across the OSUN network are invited to apply. The application deadline has been extended to February 23.

CALL FOR PROPOSALS: SYMPOSIUM ON DIFFERENCE AND JUSTICE
The Third Annual Symposium on Difference and Justice will take place on Saturday, March 20. Hosted by the Bard College Network, the virtual symposium considers that question “How Do We Create a Healthy Environment While Living in an Inequitable World?” OSUN students, faculty, and staff are invited to submit proposals to present a workshop at the symposium. CEU SUMMER UNIVERSITY 2021
CEU's Summer University invites applications from OSUN students, faculty, staff and community partners for its 2021 online summer courses.
The courses, offered online during June and July, are taught by international teams of scholars and practitioners. Many courses are developed and co-taught as OSUN partnerships and contribute to ongoing projects and collaborations.
Online SUN courses are tuition-free for OSUN partners and affiliates. The deadline for applications is March 22, 2021. Learn more and apply.

GLOBAL SCHOLARS ACADEMY
The Global Scholar Academy, led by The Graduate Institute of Geneva and Harvard Law School, is an intensive residential experience designed to enable junior faculty and post-doctoral scholars to engage in sustained, interdisciplinary, peer-to-peer collaboration. The Academy is open by application to advanced junior scholars working to understand and map the levers of political, economic, and legal authority in the world today. Applications from scholars from the Global South and those working on policy challenges of concern to communities in the Global South are particularly welcome. Applications and letters of recommendation are due April 2, 2021.

At this Central European University Culture Hub workshop, Dóra Juhász, Head of PR and Communication at MÜPA (Palace of Arts), will give a brief theoretical introduction to branding strategies and also provide the audience with some practical tools for effective self-branding.
