CREATING INCLUSIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS: TEACHER WORKSHOP ON NAVIGATING THE UNIVERSITY

The Open Learning Initiative (OLIve) and the Working Group on Education for Refugees, IDPs, and Host Community Members are organizing a workshop series on pedagogies for refugees, asylum seekers, and displaced students. In this session, students and alumni who have experienced displacement assess the ways in which universities are, and are not, inclusive.

GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT FELLOWS MONTHLY CIVIC ENGAGEMENT WORKSHOPS

Deadline to Apply for the Optional Preparatory Course is January 25

Applications are being accepted for Get Engaged, the annual OSUN student leadership and civic engagement conference taking place June 26-July 1 in Budapest, Hungary. Workshops on public speaking, networking, and community partnerships are available, as is an optional preparatory OSUN course on Civic Action and Research. Learn more and apply.

CIVIC ENGAGEMENT MICROGRANTS FOR SPRING 2022

GLOBAL COMMONS CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

OSUN's Global Commons is a new online literary and news publication seeking student-generated work on issues related to OSUN themes. The editors welcome submissions in a range of genres, including research-based, journalistic, or expository academic work, as well as creative work. Learn more and submit.

OSUN is accepting applications for the Certificate in Civic Engagement, open to first, second, and third year undergraduate students interested in deepening their knowledge and understanding of civic engagement by merging curricular and co-curricular interests.

Applications are now open for grants to juniors within OSUN to fund their 2022 Engaged Senior Projects.
