Language Proficiency Requirement	Applicants must meet both requirements: Minimum English proficiency: iBT-TOEFL of 72, IELTS of 6.0, Duolingo of 105 Minimum Chinese proficiency: TOCFL score level 3, HSK score level 5, TBCL score level 4
Required Documents	Two (2) recommendation letters (sealed and signed) Autobiography Study plan (including research plan) in Chinese or English English and Chinese proficiency certificate
