II: Detailed Rules for Each Item of the Points System
1. Education
Required Documents: Copy of Diploma
*For Associate Degrees, a copy of the degree certificate from a college/university in the following fields must be attached: Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, ICT, Engineering, Manufacturing & Processing, Architecture & Construction, Agriculture, Forestry, Fishery, Veterinary, Medicine & Health, Social Welfare, or Hygiene & Occupational Health Services.
Note: The copy must be stamped by the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs with the "Certified True Copy (與正本相符)"stamp.
2. Hiring Salary
Required Documents: Copy of Labor Contract(Must state the monthly average hiring salary(in NTD), names of employer and employee, job title, job content, and employment period, etc.)
Note: Average Monthly Salary =(Annual Salary + Bonuses + Other Related Benefits)/12, not just the monthly received cash.
3. Work Experience
Copy of proof of full-time work experience (domestic or foreign).
Recognition of internship experience is limited to that obtained during the study period in Taiwan, handled in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and the Overseas Community Affairs Council.
4. Job Qualifications
If hired by a company, you are deemed to possess special expertise for the position.
Required Documents:
①Proof of professional training required for the position
②Relevant courses taken during university (attach transcript)
③Skill certification (relevant licenses)
④Awards or patents from creative works/competitions (relevant certificates, etc.)
⑤ Other documents proving relevant skills
5. Chinese Ability:Select one of the following proofs
Intermediate: 60-69 (School Grade C- or above)
***Printing the original transcript from the Office of Academic Affairs is sufficient.

7. Government Policy Compliance
① Copy of document issued by the central competent authority certifying the employer's compliance with relevant government policies.
Such as:
(1) Qualification as an Excellent Mittelstand or Potential Mittelstand Enterprise.
(2) Enterprise with an Operational Headquarters established in Taiwan (Headquarters certification letter).
(3) Enterprise with an R&D Center established in Taiwan (Execution unit approval letter).
(4) Business entity meeting the "Principles for Identifying Startups with Innovation Capabilities" under the HeadStart Taiwan program.
(5) Certification letter or document issued by the central competent authority regarding compliance with industrial development policies.
② Copy of degree certificate, such as New Southbound Industry-Academia Collaboration Special Class, 2+i Industry-Academia Collaboration International Special Class for Indonesia, Industry-Academia Collaboration Special Class for Overseas Compatriot Students, Overseas Youth Vocational Training School (2-year Associate Degree), etc.
③ New Type Special Classes refer to special classes newly planned and established by the Ministry of Education for overseas students, including dual bachelor's degrees, 2-year bachelor's degrees, 2-year post-baccalaureate degrees, and master's/doctoral programs. These are oriented towards enterprise needs, aligned with national population policy and industrial layout, and correspond to domestic industrial technology upgrades, prioritizing recruitment in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), finance, and semiconductor fields.
8. Scholarship or Academic Excellence
Required Documents:
① Scholarship: Copy of approval letter from government agency/school or announced award list, etc.
***Please keep all documents related to scholarship awards safe.
② Academic Excellence: Original transcript printed by the Office of Academic Affairs.
Note: Meeting one of the criteria (Scholarship or Academic Excellence) is sufficient to obtain points.
