BARD AND SMOLNY COLLEGE GRADUATE IS RELEASED FROM RUSSIA IN HISTORIC PRISONER SWAP

Alexandra “Sasha” Skochilenko, Bard and Smolny College class of 2017, was released together with other political prisoners incarcerated in Russia. Skochilenko had been imprisoned since March 2022 for the act of placing anti-war leaflets, disguised as price tags, on goods in a grocery store in Saint Petersburg, Russia.  Read the article.

MEET THE 2024-25 STUDENT GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT FELLOWS

OSUN welcomes the 2024-5 cohort of Student Global Engagement Fellows. This year, 26 Fellows are joining the initiative from 14 institutions located in 19 different countries. The Student Global Engagement Fellows program promotes and coordinates thematic civic engagement projects across OSUN, inspiring students to explore how they might be of service to their communities. Read more.

The Caribbean Journal of Psychology, based at the University of the West Indies in Jamaica, seeks manuscripts on healthcare challenges and other topics such as body image, colorism, weight concerns, and eating behaviors faced by people in the Caribbean.
