To assist overseas compatriot students in understanding Taiwan’s employment environment and industry trends, and to facilitate direct engagement with employers, the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) is organizing the 2026 Overseas Compatriot Students Career Fair. The event, implemented by 104 Management Consulting Co., Ltd., will feature approximately 80 participating companies in each session across a wide range of industries: Semiconductor / Electronics Technology Engineering / Manufacturing Consumer / Retail Financial Consulting Hospitality / Tourism Professional Services In addition to on-site recruitment, the event will offer: Briefings on regulations for working in Taiwan after graduation Career seminars Resume review services On-site job-matching and interview opportunities

Event Content:

Each session will feature 80 companies setting up booths for recruitment, providing on-site interviews and employment information. Concurrent activities include resume health checks and career counseling to offer guidance on job interview techniques. Career workshops for overseas Chinese students and experience-sharing sessions by alumni will also be arranged.

Note: All activities at the Job Fair are free of charge, but advance registration is required.
