✅ Eligibility:

1. Overseas Chinese undergraduate students currently enrolled at the university who are from financially disadvantaged families or experiencing financial hardship.
2. Current President or executive committee members of the University's Overseas Chinese Students' Association who have demonstrated a strong commitment to serving the student community will be given priority.
3. Students with outstanding performance in the previous semester's learning service program.
4. In accordance with the guidelines of the Overseas Community Affairs Council, priority will also be given to children of teachers from:
   • Malaysian Chinese Independent High Schools
   • Myanmar Chinese Schools
   • Korean Chinese Schools

✅ Important Notes:

1. This Learning Assistance Grant is not a part-time employment program. Therefore, recipients do not need to apply for a work permit. However, all selected students are required to participate in learning service activities.
2. Learning service activities mainly involve assisting the Office of Overseas Chinese and International Student Affairs and the Overseas Chinese Students' Association with related tasks while enhancing participants' diverse learning abilities.
3. The required service time is approximately 3 hours per week for 18 weeks each semester.
4. The list of successful applicants will be announced on the NSYSU Facebook Group social media platforms, and selected students will also be notified directly.
