✅ Eligible Applicants:

(1) Overseas Chinese students enrolled in NSYSU graduate programs (Master’s and Ph.D.), including those admitted via the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students and those who entered through independent examinations.

(2) Students who have not received other scholarships with an average monthly amount exceeding NT$10,000.

(3) Students who did not receive this scholarship in the previous semester.

✅ Application Deadline: From now until 2 weeks after the registration date (until September 21, 2026, Monday).

Please submit the following documents in hard copy to Ms. Yap Hui Ching,  the staff member in charge of overseas chinese students at the Division of Overseas and International Degree Student Affairs.

Please submit the following documents:

(1) One completed application form. (Download Application Form)

(2) One copy of your Chinese transcript, with an average academic grade of 75 or above (if you have not taken courses, please provide a recommendation from your advisor); conduct grade must be 80 or above, with no record of illegal behavior or major misconduct.

(3) One copy of your personal resume.(In addition to submitting a hard copy, please also email an electronic copy to the staff member in charge)

(4) One copy of Study Plan or Research Proposal(For New Master's and Doctoral Students).

(5)One letter of recommendation.

(6)  Other documents that may assist in the review process (such as outstanding academic performance or achievements within the past 3 years).
