✅ Eligibility:

1. Overseas Chinese undergraduate students in their 2nd to 4th year (excluding freshmen and graduate students);

2. The average academic score for the 114th Academic year must be 90 or above, and the conduct score must be 80 or above, or applicants with special skills must provide relevant certification documents;

3. Must not have received financial aid or scholarships from other organizations for the 115 Academic year, and must submit a “Declaration of Not Receiving Other Scholarships or Financial Aid”;

4. Must be able to personally receive the award in Taipei on December 6, 2025 (Sunday).

✅ Amount: NTD 36,000

✅ Application Procedure:

1. Fill out the “General Association of Chinese Associations Mr. Shen Chang-Huan and Shen Li-Lan Memorial Scholarship 2025 Application Form” and obtain a recommendation and signature from your class advisor.

2. Complete the Google Form: Click here to fill out (Please ensure the information provided is accurate)

3. Submit the transcript and student ID copy for the 2024 academic year;

4. Copy of passport and Overseas Chinese residence certificate;

5. Relevant certification documents for special skills (if applicable);

6. Declaration of Not Receiving Other Scholarships or Financial Aid.

Please submit all documents to  Division of Overseas and International Degree Student Affairs (Overseas Program Coordinator Ms. Hui Ching Yap) before September 21 (Monday). Late submissions will not be accepted.
