✅Eligibility:

1. Applicants may apply if they have completed a master's or doctoral thesis focusing on overseas Chinese affairs within the past two years and have obtained a master's or doctoral degree from a public or private university, either in Taiwan or abroad, recognized by the Ministry of Education.

2. Applicants must be able to attend the award ceremony in person in Taipei on December 6, 2026 (Sunday).

✅Award Amounts:

- Doctoral thesis: Up to NT$50,000 per thesis.

- Master's thesis: Up to NT$30,000 per thesis.

✅Application Deadline: September 30, 2026 (Wednesday)

✅Application Procedure:

1. Documents required from applicants:

•         Application form (Appendix 1).
•         One photocopy of an identification card (or passport).
•         One copy of the graduate school transcript.
•         One photocopy of the degree certificate obtained within the past two years (original document).
•         One recommendation form completed by the thesis advisor ( Appendix 2).
•         Ten copies each of the completed thesis and thesis abstract.
•         One CD containing electronic copies of the completed thesis and thesis abstract (in Word and PDF formats).

2. All required documents must be sent to the association by email in PDF format at oca2326f@gmail.com. The email receipt time will be used to determine whether the application was submitted before the deadline.
