Eligibility:

1. Overseas Chinese students who are sophomores or above in undergraduate programs; master's and doctoral students are not eligible.

2. An average academic score of 75 (GPA 2.92) or above in the previous academic year, with a conduct grade of A.

3. Applicants must not be receiving any other scholarships during the current academic year.

4. Preference will be given to overseas Chinese students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. Applicants who qualify should provide proof of financial need.

Award: NT$5,000 per recipient and one certificate of award.

Application Procedure:1

1. Complete the Google Form: https://forms.gle/9rZgzhY2xStzGoRE6

(If you have already completed this form, you do not need to submit it again. Please only confirm that “Group C” has been selected.)

2. Complete the “Overseas Chinese Student Scholarship Application Form” issued by the Overseas Chinese Association Cultural and Educational Foundation.

3. Submit the original transcript for the 2025–2026 academic year (114th academic year), with the class ranking for the 114th academic year stamped by the Office of Academic Affairs.

4. As priority will be given to overseas Chinese students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds, please provide proof of financial need if applicable.

5. Complete the “Declaration of Not Receiving Other Scholarships or Grants.”

Please submit all of the above documents to Hui-Qing, a staff member of the Office of Overseas Chinese and International Affairs.
