Institute of Economics (*Applicants should have completed courses in Calculus & Statistics related areas.)

Language of Instruction Some courses are taught in English, but not enough for graduation requirements.
(applicants submit both English and Chinese proficiency certificate)
Language Proficiency Requirement
Applicants must meet both requirements:
  1. Minimum English proficiency:
    • iBT-TOEFL of 65,
    • IELTS of 5.5,
    • Duolingo of 100
  2. Minimum Chinese proficiency:
    • TOCFL score level 2,
    • HSK score level 4
Required Documents
  1. Two (2) recommendation letters
  2. Study plan (including research proposal) in Chinese or English
  3. Autobiography (in Chinese)
  4. English and Chinese proficiency certificate
