The Taiwan Ministry of Education (MOE), in partnership with the British Council, proudly presents the Taiwan–UK University Consortium (TUKUC) — a strategic alliance connecting eight leading universities across Taiwan and the United Kingdom to advance interdisciplinary research and international academic exchange.

• Newcastle University

• University of Liverpool

🇹🇼 Taiwan Partner Universities

• National Taiwan University

• National Taiwan Normal University

• National Tsing Hua University

• National Sun Yat-sen University

✈️ International Mobility Programs

This program promotes meaningful academic exchange and institutional partnership through faculty and student mobility.

While proposals from all disciplines are welcome, priority will be given to projects aligned with the two thematic areas above.

Eligibility

• Full-time faculty members of Taiwan TUKUC member universities

• Currently enrolled students of Taiwanese nationality

Mobility Categories

A. Short-Term Faculty Visits

• Taiwan faculty visiting UK partner universities for research and teaching exchange

• UK scholars invited to Taiwan (economy airfare and local living expenses supported)

B. Student Mobility Grants

• Short-term academic study

• Exchange programs

• Short-term research placements at UK partner universities
