【Financial Aid Scholarship Application Announcement】115th Academic Year MOE Financial Aid for Low-Income Overseas Chinese Students
✅Application Period: From now until 2 weeks after registration (2026/9/21 (Mon))
✅Eligibility:
(1) Overseas Chinese students currently enrolled (excluding graduate students and extended study students) from economically disadvantaged families [Formal overseas financial proof or certificate of economic hardship required].
(2) For students in their second year or above, the average academic score for the previous academic year must be passing, and the average conduct score must be above 80.
✅Application Procedure:
Fill out the application form and submit it to the Division of Overseas and International Degree Student Affairs (Overseas Program Coordinator Ms. Hui Ching Yap)
- Freshman overseas Chinese students: Application form, point evaluation form, autobiography, and certificate of economic hardship.
- Second year and above: Application form, point evaluation form, autobiography, transcript, and overseas certificate of economic hardship.
✅Subsidy Amount: The monthly standard subsidy is in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s fiscal budget; this year, it is NT$3,000 per month, granted for one year (from September of the current year to August of the next year; graduating students are subsidized until June of the next year).
