✅Eligibility:

1. Applicants who have completed a master's or doctoral thesis on Overseas Chinese affairs at an accredited domestic or overseas university or graduate institute within the past two years are eligible to apply.

2. Applicants must be able to attend the award ceremony in Taipei on November 23, 2025 (Sunday).

✅Award Amount:

• Up to NT$50,000 for each doctoral thesis

• Up to NT$30,000 for each master's thesis

✅Deadline:September 30, 2025 (Tuesday)

✅Application Procedure:

1. Applicants must submit the following documents:

1. Application form (see Appendix 1)

2. A copy of your ID card (or passport).

3. One copy of your graduate school transcript.

4. One copy of your degree certificate obtained within the past two years (please indicate that it matches the original).

5. One recommendation form from your thesis advisor (see Appendix 2).

6. Ten copies each of your thesis and thesis summary.

7. One CD containing your thesis and summary (Word and PDF files).
