Language of Instruction Some courses are taught in English, but not enough for graduation requirements.
(applicants submit both English and Chinese proficiency certificates)
Language Proficiency Requirement
Applicants must meet both requirements:
  1. Minimum English proficiency:
    • iBT-TOEFL of 61,
    • IELTS of 5.0,
    • Duolingo of 90
  2. Minimum Chinese proficiency:
    • TOCFL score level 3,
    • HSK score level 5
Required Documents
  1. Two (2) recommendation letters (sealed and signed)
  2. Study plan (including research plan) in Chinese or English
  3. Cover letter and personal statement
  4. English and Chinese proficiency certificate
