【Financial Aid Scholarship Application Announcement】114th Academic Year MOE Financial Aid for Low-Income Overseas Chinese Students
✅Application Period: From now until 2 weeks after registration (2025/9/22 (Mon))
✅Eligibility:
(1) Overseas Chinese students currently enrolled (excluding graduate students and extended study students) from economically disadvantaged families [Formal overseas financial proof or certificate of economic hardship required].
(2) For students in their second year or above, the average academic score for the previous academic year must be passing, and the average conduct score must be above 80.
✅Application Procedure:
Freshman overseas Chinese students: Application form, point evaluation form, autobiography, and certificate of economic hardship.
Second year and above: Application form, point evaluation form, autobiography, transcript, and overseas certificate of economic hardship.
Fill out the application form and submit it to the Division of Overseas and International Degree Student Affairs (Overseas Program Coordinator Ms. Hui Ching Yap)
✅Subsidy Amount: The monthly standard subsidy is in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s fiscal budget; this year, it is NT$3,000 per month, granted for one year (from September of the current year to August of the next year; graduating students are subsidized until June of the next year).
