This announcement is to inform all incoming 2026 Spring exchange students that Acceptance Letters and Approval Letters have been sent individually as follows:

• Acceptance Letter (Sent on Dec 4^th):
  Available for download directly from the Application Portal.
• Approval Letter (Sent on Dec 10^th):
  Attached in the notification email.

Please note that some students’ email systems may block our emails or automatically classify them as spam. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk folder first and contact me as soon as possible by email if the message is still missing. If you are still unable to locate the previous email, please contact the program coordinator as soon as possible.
