[Fwd 2024 Winter] Hanken-LUSEM joint Nordic Winter School 12-25 January 2025

This Winter School is an international learning experience with an exciting Nordic perspective. The courses are together worth 6 ECTS credits in total and will be held full time over 2 weeks in January 2025 (it is not possible to take only one of the courses).  
 
The Winter School will be on campus one week in Lund, Sweden and one week in Helsinki, Finland 12-25 January 2025. It consists of two modules 3 ECTS each;  
  • The Darkness of Business (13-17 January), delivered by LUSEM  
  • Sustainable Finance (20-24 January), delivered by Hanken  
The Winter School also includes  
  1. an online introduction meeting in December  
  2. a pre-assignment, handed out during the introduction meeting  
  3. an assignment to be completed after the course 
  4. a social and extra-curricular programme  
Pre-requisites  
The courses require active participation in group work and discussions and therefore a very good command of English is expected, corresponding to CEFR C1 level/ minimum 95 iBT (internet-based test), both oral and in writing. Participants also must have completed at least one year of business-related studies before the start of Winter School.  
 
Costs  
There is no tuition fee for students nominated by our partners. All other expenses, including travel costs, meals, accommodation, social activities etc. are to be covered by the student. Please see our website for more info about accommodation (see below).
