【Scholarship Application Announcement】114th Academic Year FOCA's "The Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission Cultural and Educational Foundation's Scholarships and Financial Aid"
✅Eligibility:
- Overseas Chinese undergraduate students in their second year or above (excluding master's and doctoral students);
- Academic performance in the previous school year with an average score of 75 (GPA 2.92) or above, and conduct grade of “A”;
- Not receiving any other scholarships during the current school year;
- Applicants from financially disadvantaged backgrounds will be prioritized. Please provide proof of financial hardship.
✅Amount: NT$5,000 per recipient and a certificate
✅Deadline: September 30, 2025 (Tuesday)
✅Application Procedure:
- Fill out the "114th Academic Year FOCA Scholarship Overseas Chinese Students Application Form – The Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission Cultural and Educational Foundation（Chinese Version）"
- Original transcript for the 114th academic year
Submit the above documents to Division of Overseas and International Degree Student Affairs (Overseas Program Coordinator Ms. Hui Ching Yap)
