◎Explanation of Study Subsidy Disbursement and Repayment Mechanism, and Post-Graduation Employment Service：
Upon receiving admission notification, each international student must sign and submit the "Agreement on Study Subsidy Disbursement and Repayment, and Post-Graduation Employment Service" to complete the enrollment process. The details of this agreement are as follows:
1. Study Subsidy: During the two-year study period, the partner enterprise will provide each international student with a study subsidy totaling approximately NTD 430,000, which includes:
⚫A monthly living allowance of NTD 10,000.
⚫A monthly housing allowance of NTD 3,000.
⚫A tuition and miscellaneous fees subsidy of approximately NTD 120,000 for the two-year period. Additionally, the institute will waive tuition and miscellaneous fees, valued at approximately NTD 120,000 over two years.
2. Post-Graduation Employment Obligation: Upon graduation, international students are required to commence employment with the partner enterprise for a minimum of two years. If a student fails to graduate (including voluntarily withdrawing for reasons other than force majeure or being expelled for non-compliance with regulations) or does not complete the two-year employment service with the partner enterprise, they must repay 50% of the total study subsidy received from the partner enterprise (up to a maximum of NTD 215,000) within one week of the event.
3. Force Majeure Exemption: If an international student must discontinue their studies due to force majeure, and this is verified by the institute and approved by the partner enterprise, no repayment of the study subsidy received during the study period will be required.
4. Partial Employment Repayment: If an international student begins employment with the partner enterprise but does not complete the full two-year service period, they must repay 50% of the total study subsidy received, proportional to the number of months not served (up to a maximum of NTD 215,000). Any period less than one month will be counted as a full month.
During the second year of the master’s program, international students may be offered up to 40 hours per month of part-time work opportunities by the partner enterprise.

◎The graduation requirements and subsidy issuance mechanism for domestic students of the Institute of Advanced Semiconductor Packaging and Testing shall not be applicable to international students.
