【Scholarship Application Announcement】Overseas Community Affairs Council Acceptance of Donations for Overseas Chinese Student Scholarships and Grants for the Year 114
✅ Eligibility:
- Overseas Chinese and Hong Kong/Macau students currently in their second year or above (including delayed graduation, Master's, and PhD students).
- Undergraduate first-year and Graduate first-year students are NOT eligible.
- Exception: Students who have completed the Fall term at the NTNU Division of Preparatory Programs for Overseas Chinese Students may apply.
- Those who have not received the "114th Academic Year The Overseas Community Affairs Council 's Scholarship for Overseas Chinese Students with Outstanding Academic Performance" from the Overseas Community Affairs Council.
- An average academic grade of 75 or above for the 113th Academic Year.
- Must possess the OCAC i-Compatriot Card.
- If you are a child of an overseas Chinese school teacher or from a low-income family, please attach relevant proof.
✅Application Period: From now until March 6 .
✅ Application Method:
- Please complete the online application via the OCAC "Scholarship Application System" (URL: https://scholarship.ocac.gov.tw/) before March 6, 115 (2026).
- After completing the form, export the application form and upload it along with relevant documents to the school's Google Form (https://forms.gle/LdYHhPU1RV5Ws2ZN6).
Note: You must complete BOTH the "OCAC Scholarship Application System" and the school's "Google Form" to be considered as having completed the application procedure. If either is missing, the application will be deemed incomplete.
✅ Required Documents:
- One copy of the Application Form (Export the form, sign the hard copy, and submit it to the Ms. Hui Ching Yap at the Division of Overseas Student Affairs).
- One copy of the Transcript for the 113th Academic Year (Must be a hard copy printed at the Office of Academic Affairs; including "Class Rank" is preferred).
- Photocopy of Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) (Front and Back) – Upload to Google Form only; hard copy not required.
- Photocopy of Student ID (Front and Back) – Upload to Google Form only; hard copy not required.
- Photocopy of Post Office Passbook Cover – Upload to Google Form only; hard copy not required.
- Proof of parent's current employment at an Overseas Chinese School or Proof of Low-Income Status. (Upload if applicable; otherwise, this may be omitted.)
