[9/3/2025] GHEA21 - New Name, Same Mission

NEW NAME, SAME MISSION

Welcome to the first monthly newsletter of the Global Higher Education Alliance for the 21st Century (GHEA 21), formerly known as the Open Society University Network (OSUN). While the name has changed, the mission remains the same. GHEA21 builds on the work of OSUN, which successfully developed a new model of global higher education. OSUN has been a vital and active force in defense of open society values and created a path for new, robust, and genuinely innovative forms of transnational partnerships. The GHEA21 model is grounded in reciprocal partnerships that will carry the work forward.

We hope you'll enjoy reading about the exciting events and opportunities available through GHEA21.  Learn more at GHEA21.org
