COLLABORATIVE ACTIVITIES FOR A GLOBAL CLASSROOM

This Open Educational Resource was developed by Anita Tárnai and Eva Egensteiner at Bard College to provide examples of engaging collaborative activities that instructors across the network have developed and used in their global classrooms. These activities can be used in both online and in-person network collaborative courses. Read the toolkit.
 

CALL TO SUBMIT GHEA21 COURSE PROPOSALS

Deadline to submit is October 10. 
GHEA21 faculty are invited to submit course proposals for Spring 2026 Online Courses, as well as Spring 2026 and AY 2026-27 Network Collaborative Courses. Priority will be given to courses that contribute to GHEA21 Academic Certificates. Learn more about course proposal requirements and visit the opportunities page to access the portal.

IWT CLASP FALL 2025 WORKSHOP SERIES

Next workshops will be held on October 14 and October 29
GHEA21 faculty are invited to register for IWT CLASP fall workshops that promote student-centered teaching methods, writing-based teaching, and experiential learning. This October, IWT CLASP offers two workshops: "Climate Despair to Climate Hope: Building Connection and Action" on October 14 and "Creating Choice-Driven Assessments: Principles and Practices" on October 20.
