2026 International Cultural Festival - "Cultural Market" Recruitment! (Registraiton Closed!)
The annual International Cultural Festival is open for recruitment!
We are recruiting both Food Stall and Cultural Immersion Stall to showcase the diverse cultures on campus.
Event Information
📅 Date: March 24 – 26, 2026 (Tuesday to Thursday)
⌛ Time: 11:00 – 14:00
📍 Location: Bodhi Tree Square, NSYSU
Organizers: NSYSU Office of International Affairs & Overseas Chinese Student Association
🔍 Who Can Apply?
All NSYSU students are welcome, including Taiwanese, Overseas Chinese, and International Degree & Exchange students, students from China, and Chinese Language Center.
Individual or group registrations are allowed. Please note that inviting external vendors is strictly prohibited.

💡 Stall are provided with: tents, power outlets (110V) *2, 3 tables, 3 chairs, and event promotion.

- Best Eco-Friendly Stall Design: NT$4,000
- Best Experience Award: NT$2,000
One winning group will be selected for each award category. Detailed criteria will be provided by email upon acceptance.

🔸 Important Dates
January 23 (Friday): Registration Deadline.
January 30 (Friday): Final result & important guideline will be notified by email.
February 13 (Friday): Deadline for uploading proof of payment.
February 24 (Tuesday): Deadline for uploading photo of dish(es).
March 4 (Wed) from 16:30 – 17:30: Cultural Market Orientation (in-person/mandatory attendance).
