(1) Division of Overseas and International Degree Student Affairs Office is open during working hours for inquiries, interaction, or scheduling appointments with officer. We frequently interact with overseas students in daily life to provide immediate care and support.

(2) Assist the Overseas Chinese Student Association (OCSA) in organizing various activities, including orientation, welcome and farewell parties, festivals, and sports events, to relieve physical and mental stress, enable students to focus on their studies, and enhance cohesion.

(3) Participate in various activities organized by OCSA to establish good interactive relationships. Attend the OCSA general meetings at the beginning and end of the semester to remind students of relevant rights and important matters regarding life and studies.

(4) Frequently use student social media platforms (Facebook or Line) to remind overseas students of necessary matters, such as work permit applications, on- and off-campus safety, insurance rights, semester registration, health maintenance, and emergency relief information or regulatory notifications.

(5) In the event of an accident involving an overseas student, timely arrangements will be made for injury or illness support, hospitalization, and related care.

(6) Proactively monitor the academic performance of overseas students and arrange counseling interviews when necessary.

(7) Keep track of the off-campus housing situation of overseas students and remind them of safety and related matters.
